Tennis Northern Region (TNR) includes 24 clubs directly affiliated, as well as 19 clubs in the Northland area.

Children's Tennis Program

Tennis Hot Shots is the go-to program for introducing kids to tennis in New Zealand. With smaller racquets and courts, children can quickly learn the basics and play games.

Cardio Tennis for Fitness

Cardio Tennis is a fast-paced, high-energy group fitness activity that combines tennis with calorie-burning aerobic exercises. Open to players of all levels.

Get Started with Tennis Xpress

Tennis Xpress is designed to quickly introduce new players to tennis, using simplified courts, equipment, and techniques so you can start playing in no time.

Compete in Tennis at All Levels

Junior Interclub

Tennis Northern’s Junior Interclub competition is for players aged 8-18, with weekly matches for club teams. The season runs from October to March.

Senior Interclub

The Tennis Northern senior interclub competition, offers Singles, Doubles & Mixed competitions, playing round robin matches every other week, with both Summer & Winter competitions.

Chelsea Cup

The Chelsea Cup is an elite competition for top-tier teams in Tennis Northern Region, featuring both men’s and women’s events. Limited to only 8 teams, it’s highly competitive.

Albany Indoor Leagues

The Albany Indoor Leagues provide competition opportunities for players looking for play outside the traditional interclub format, held at the Albany Tennis Park.

National Events

Various competitive events, including regional tournaments, ITF International competitions, and Senior Championships, are available for tennis players of all levels.
